Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return items within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Please be aware that all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15 to 25 percent, or higher. Products returned in GOOD* condition within the first 30 days after delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products returned between 30 and 60 days after delivery in GOOD* condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any products returned for credit after 60 days, or in POOR** condition will be subject to a restocking fee of between 35% and 50% at the discretion of the returns agent that processes the return. Any product that has been marked, stickers applied, or serialized in anyway may have a restocking fee of up to 50% applied, or depending upon the circumstances, the return may be refused and the customer shall be responsible for return shipping charges.

*GOOD condition is defined as having ALL accessories (Manual, cables, disks, etc) returned all with the product along with all packaging material. When in doubt, return the product to us in the condition you would like to receive it. IE, the way it was sent originally to you.

**POOR condition is defined as product that is defaced in some way or is missing an accessory such as an originally included cable, manual, or disk. Defaced is defined as a product which was stickers applied, is dented, scratched, or otherwise not in new condition.


You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of your package arriving at our facility, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We currently only ship within the 50 United States. We do not currently ship to Puerto Rico, or any other US territories. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or any other country.

90% of orders placed before 1PM Eastern Time will ship that same day, excluding Federally recognized holidays and weekends. On these days our offices will be closed and and orders placed will be processed the following business day.

"Flat Rate" shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, and any orders placed for these states with flat rate shipping will be declined.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Be aware that at the present time our shipping charges are exact. The price we quote you for shipping is ultimately the price we will pay the courier (Flat Rate excluded). The costs of handling a product and all shipping & packing materials are assumed into the cost of the products. For this reason we cannot offer free shipping at this time.

Items that are heavier than 13oz cannot be shipped to a US Post Office Box. At the present time our software is not smart enough to understand this, and will not prevent you from picking the USPS Flat Rate option for these products. Under certain circumstances, we may elect to upgrade you free of charge to UPS or FedEX shipping at our discretion. If we feel there is a potential conflict with the shipping options you have selected, we will hold your order while we attempt to contact you by phone or email to resolve these conflicts, so please make sure the numbers and addresses you provide are accurate.
